Registration Information

This ONLINE INVESTMENT PORTAL is dedicated for EMPLOYEES registered under respective companies through the execution of Memorandum of Agreement. The other investors need to be registered online via a DIGITAL ON-BOARDING PORTAL. 

The employees must comply with the registration requirements. UTOF will verify the investor either via online video call or through the respective employers. 

The investor guidelines and declaration are provided on page 31 of our Prospectus (click here to download a copy of our Prospectus). The investment account will be created once the form and required documents are verified by our team. All requirements will need to be submitted electronically.

You shall commence the registration process once the required documents/information is on hand. 

UTOF reserves the right not to process incomplete information in conformity with FTR Act and accompanying regulations.
